So the right one for a 1541 should be W65C22N6TPG-14 right?

Re: The Dos and Don'ts of using an EPROM as PLA in a C64.
Mine was just curiosity. I have no doubts whatsoever that the Plankton is the best solution available. It just seems strange that there is no other eprom with the "right" timings and voltages except those. Oh and please, don't get too "close" to the original!!! They burned like m...

Re: 1541 Speed Test (and more) released.
Track 36 is outside the normal BAM so I guess it's nothing to worry about if you only have a normally formatted floppy with just the test program on it. The program important features are: 1) it's the most accurate ever made and correctly shows speed with cent of rpm accuracy. 2) it has the fastest updates (more than 2 per second) allowing real time chec...

Re: What's your favourite Emulator?
I would say VICE, unfortunately it is now infested by the presence of Groepaz. A character that just talks, destroys and rarely builds something on his own. An example: https://sourceforge.net/p/vice-emu/feature-requests/371/ He didn't even take the time to read or study the problem. As usual accuse...
