The most intriguing this is the quick glance at GEOS for the Plus 4. That's a weird one, never knew that existed. Of course it looks like it needs a 1551.

It seems difficult to piece together when the plethora of Commodore disk drives were introduced. Um and the mechanism should also be cream colored on a 1541C. Clearly a bodged and hacked drive there.

I think that badge is for what's called a 1541C, the cream colored variant that matched the 64C, but was a different shade than the earlier VIC-1540/1541 case.
