I would love to put Super Zaxxon in there, its one of my favorite games but it is a 20k games with a weird switching system. In fact, this cart is a very good way to check if a PLA is good or not.

Everything else you put in there that's 1984 or prior seems ok. All the other ones are too big.

Forbidden wish:
Falcon Patrol II.
I assume it is bigger than 16k.

There are 152 of them. I cannot add any others, I can only remove until 127 are left.

If I remove Checkers, Speed/Bingo Math and Viduzzles, that leaves 149 games.

@Fabrizio
None of the two games you mentioned were ever released as cartridges.

The problem is it is subjective to each user. So you are going to get a different list each time but here is the ones I would remove:

alf_color_caves.crt
alphabet_zoo.crt
AMC_US.crt
Blueprnt.crt
BRIDGE64.CRT
bug_crusher.crt
Clowns.crt
coccinelle.crt
designers_pencil.crt
dot_gobbler.crt
espial.crt
facemaker.crt
fats_pool.crt
fraction_fever.crt
FrogMstr.crt
Frogger2.crt
howzat.crt
jawbreaker.crt
retro_ball.crt
rootin_tootin.crt
trashman.crt
ToyBzrre.crt
viduzzles.crt

That is probably more then you asked for but don't have much time to dive into each one...
