Yeah but if a couple of different people give me some feedback, like you just did and I appreciate, then its more or less possible to come to a consensus.
Added edit:
I will go against your suggestion and keep Attack of the Mutant Camels as Mayhem rates it as one of the best games.

I also see in the list Number Nabber/Shape Grabber and Learning with Leeper.
I think these should also go out.
I remember Frogger II 3-deep as a relatively good game and it is rated quite high by Mayhem as well so I won't follow your advice on this one and keep it.
There is also a Star Wars from Parker Bros. and another one from Atari; which one is the best?
Finally, unlike you, Yaztromo recommends I keep Toy Bizarre and it is also highyl rated by Mayhem.

Here's my opinion on the ones to remove. I'm starting with the 3 you mention, then I list carts that I find to be total crap and/or boring, and finally there are a few I have never heard of. Presumably, if these were any good I would have heard of them before.
Note: You appear to have Jumpman Jr listed twice, which gives a starting point of 151 files. Also, there are dot_gobbler.crt and dot_gobbler2.crt, which might be the same.
I have Star Wars from 2 different companies and I am missing 4 games. I kept Threshold as I remember it being a more or less decent game.
Any other suggestion that would fit the 8k/16k limitation?

@MitchFrenzal
Looking at Mayhem's cartridge scans and the Star Wars from Parker Bros. has a rating of 7 which is pretty good.
Also, Domark never made a game called Star Wars in cartridge form.
