Is there a way to find the memory pointer for variables?

Post by Shaun_B »

Hi,

I'm wondering if there's an easy way to look up the memory pointer for BASIC variables? So, say I have a$, b$ and c$, how would I find the start and end of b$?

Regards,

Shaun.

Shaun,
Check out this chapter from Compute's Programming the Commodore 64. It will show you exactly how to find out.
