Exactly, that's what I already wrote in the previous article, that most of the schematics are based on the original Commodore schematics of the 2031. Only the switch for the 1541 mode was added.

This adapter is not a parallel cable which can be used for SpeedDOS or DolphinDOS. The Commodore 64 has a serial IEC interface, on which the 1541 is operated. Additionally you can accelerate the whole thing with a parallel cable. But with my adapter you can integrate an additional interface. So you ...

IEEE-488 for the VC1541 Drive - The New TriMod CBM Adapter
Today the boards finally arrived and I was able to finish and install the IEEE-488 adapter. Now I can switch in the VC1541 between IEEE-488 and IEC at any time, without having to change anything.
