To me it looks like a VIC-20 cartridge case and the PCB looks like it obviously plugs into a 64, but if you chop it just right it would fit into a VIC-20?

If you do something like this FOR I = 0 TO 1 STEP 0 ..some code here ..conditional check that changes value of I NEXT the FOR NEXT will loop forever since I never gets incremented because of the STEP 0. So the "some code here" keeps getting executed, until you change I to 1, then the NEXT ...
