i doubt many people'll be interested but i've been surprised already so... i put up a couple of blog posts recently documenting the making of my first proper game Co-Axis. It doesn't cover source code apart from mentioning how badly written the entire thing was, but the factors that inspired and shaped elements of the game are discussed.
