Denial is in worst shape than Melon64!

Post by eslapion »

A few weeks ago, the survival of Melon64 was in serious jeopardy. Things improved and all seems in good order now.

Today, it seems the VIC-20 Denial forum has very serious problems and can no longer be accessed. Any news from anyone ?

Copied from the Evil forum...
Hi all denials.

It is Hostgator who has blocked our community, claims there has been some CPU overload. They want to sell a more expensive solution, I guess.

Jeffrey is on holiday and I cannot contact Hostgater support, cause Jeff is the owner and has the passwords.

Will post here when there is some news.

Have a nice weekend.

Hi all Denials

Cause to our current host (Hostgator) hi jack of our community, I
temporarily moved our forum to a new host. Hostgator wants to sell a more
expensive plan and use the excuse of som CPU overload...

Please keep in mind that this is only temporary host, do not make any
internal linking in the forum or external link to this.

You will find the forum here.:

Jeff is on vacation and can’t do anything before he is back home. Hopefully
we are back in our normal domain in short time.

Best regards

Yes, it's back, to a degree.

I suspected that. That sucks!

Is it possible for you guys to pull the plug on them ?

Guess it’s time to move, Hostgator says it’s search spiders (bots) causing this “overload”... but hey a site witch can’t take a searching bot? Really
