DIY solder sucker

Cheapest vacuum solder sucker was a poorly made one for $160 on Ebay. Tried to make one using a cheap vacuum pump but it didn't have enough instant suck to be useful. Made this one for under $30 and it does fairly well. I practiced on an old network card I had.

I just posted them, not sure why it's a dead link when they are clicked on. Would have to ask Melon64 about that one.

What I mean is clicking on a pic just takes me to postimages.org's home page.

And I'd like more pictures of your invention; I already know what desoldered parts looks like! :lol:

These should be bigger. Posted pictures of the desoldered parts to show it did a fairly clean job and didn't have to ruin parts removing them.
