New Commodore 64 emulator

No VIC-II or SID support as of yet.

32-bit color support:

• Addresses 49154 through 49157 controls the foreground color.
  Addresses 49158 through 49161 controls the background color.

Supports playing DVD:
POKE 49152,[track number]
POKE 49153,0: REM Menu
